All the shoes that we have available are on our website and can be added to the shopping bag. If you’re unable to add a pair to your shopping bag after selecting the size then it means that this item is currently not in stock.
Hello, thank you very much for your attention and support to Teva. We will replenish out-of-stock items as soon as possible. If you cannot find a certain item or a certain style/size you like cannot be purchased, please check back at any time or contact our customer service.

Teva products generally sell out in the following situations:
- The product you selected or want to purchase is sold out
- When you add an item to your cart, the color or size you selected is no longer available.
- If the product is sold out after you place an order, we will notify you by email that the product is sold out. We will not charge any fees for sold-out items, and other items in your order will be processed and delivered according to normal order procedures. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Order Status
- If you purchase as a member, you can check the status of your order after logging in.
- If you are purchasing as a guest, please click "Track Order" from the order confirmation email.
Teva will automatically void overdue orders under the following circumstances:
- Order failed to pay successfully
- If the same user purchases goods multiple times but fails to complete the payment for a long time, Teva has reason to believe that the user is occupying inventory maliciously, and Teva has the right to cancel the user's unpaid order.

Delivery
Typically within 2-4 working days (when ordered before 10:00am). Or sooner when you opt for same day delivery.
Yes, simply click on the 'track order' link in the confirmation email you've received.
- Check the delivery address indicated in the order to ensure that it is correct
- Check the proof of deliver to check where is the parcel is delivered
- Check other possible recipients, e.g. receptionist, lobby personnel who could have received on your behalf
- Check with the courier. If you have received a communication (call/SMS) from the courier, you may try reaching out to them to ask about your package.
- Please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date to file a case with the courier for parcel investigation. Kindly note that the courier will not be liable for inquiries submitted after this timeframe.
Standard delivery cost is $4.00 (typically delivered within 2-5 working days) - free on orders over $60.

The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. The carrier will strive to make deliveries happen between 9am-10pm (Mon-Sat).
Yes; just add the appropriate details during the checkout process. Once the order has been shipped, we're unable to change the address.
International shipment options are currently not available on Teva.com.sg. We can only deliver to addresses located in Singapore.
Return & Refund
Return delivery fee will be borne by the buyer.
Sorry the Delivery Fee will incur for all delivered orders. Returns initiated by buyers after successful delivery are not eligible for shipping fee refund.
Once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. Generally, the funds will appear in your account within 15 business days. However, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.
An email will be sent to confirm your refund is in process. Please allow up to 10 days. We will refund the amount paid for the item to the original payment method.
You can return any item for a refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Returned items must be unworn, in the original condition you received from us, and accompanied by original shoes box. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

You may register for a new account at teva.com.sg to be enrolled in the Loyalty Program automatically, or visit any Teva stores and get our staff to assist you!

Maintenance and Cleaning
We recommend hand washing your sandals using antimicrobial soap and warm water. Please, do not machine wash them.Here are a few steps you can take to clean your sandals:
- Apply lukewarm soapy water to sandals. Dip a soft-bristled toothbrush or soft brush in water and scrub. It’s best to use mild or biodegradable soap.
- Wash the top and bottom, making sure to clean all nooks and crannies.
- Gently bend sandals from heel to toe under water pressure to loosen up any dried dirt.
- Thoroughly rinse sandals and dry straps with a towel.
- Let the sandals air dry in a shaded and well-ventilated area. Do not leave sandals in direct sunlight for an extended period of time because some of the foam materials might shrink.
For our leather sandals, we suggest using a nubuck leather cleaner. This can eliminate odor and cleanse the leather without damaging the material or destroying the unique look of the product.To clean just the top sole of your leather sandals, carefully scrub with mild, antibacterial soap and rinse well with clean water. Avoid getting soap on the leather as much as possible. Allow the sandals to dry in an open, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
We recommend hand-washing our footwear with cold water and a gentle soap or detergent. A soft-bristled brush, such as an old toothbrush, can be used to scrub away caked-on dirt. Allow the shoes to air dry away from direct heat or sunlight.Trusted, third-party leather cleaners and conditioners can be used to clean our leather shoes and boots. You will want to follow the directions printed on the third-party cleaning product.
